The principal
A direct path to the person accountable for the work.
Glen Rhodes is a Toronto-based software engineer and the principal of Glen Rhodes Consulting. He designs and builds applied AI systems that connect models to real data, business rules, human review, and existing software. His work includes a production-oriented research application that performs agentic search across email, text-message, and legal-document collections using OpenAI, PostgreSQL, pgvector, full-text search, Flask, and React. He also built a Heroku-hosted Model Context Protocol server that connects AI tools to Gmail, Google Ads, LinkedIn, social platforms, and generative-media services through OAuth integrations and encrypted token storage.
Beyond LLM applications, Glen has built full-stack document-redaction workflows with OCR, asynchronous processing, role-based access, and secure file delivery; multi-provider image and video generation pipelines; and operational platforms covering CRM, quoting, scheduling, route planning, document review, and client workflows. He works across Python, JavaScript and TypeScript, Flask, FastAPI, Node and Express, React, SQL, and cloud services. At GRC, Glen leads discovery, architecture, and delivery accountability, bringing in specialist contractors when a scope requires additional domain or technical expertise.
The firm is structured around clear scopes and written decisions. Your intake is read by Glen, and the initial response is written so you can assess fit without scheduling anything.
