What states do you work in?
We have no state limitations on ourselves, but we scope engagements to respect each state's rules on paralegal practice. For California LDAs we're familiar with Business & Professions Code §6400 et seq.
Will this cross the line into legal advice?
No. Our automations handle document preparation mechanics only. Anything that constitutes legal advice (case strategy, interpretation, recommendation on choice of action) stays with the supervising attorney where applicable.
Do you work with legal form platforms (LegalZoom-style)?
Our engagements are with small independent businesses, we don't work with the large platforms directly, though our clients often compete with them by offering more personal service.
